Hi, I'm Rachel!


A wedding + lifestyle photographer based out of Southwestern Ontario who loves to bake, create, and capture all the golden moments that life has to offer.


My love for photography started during childhood, blossomed after university, and has since become a part of who I am. I absolutely love this job and I feel so honoured that I get to help people capture special moments and turn them into memories that they can look back on and pass down to enjoy for more than just one lifetime. That is the very reason I started this journey - to capture the moments while we still have time, to be able to share those memories and love stories for generations.


I'm a wife, and mom of one human and two fur children. Recently becoming a mom has deepened my love for this job and realizing how meaningful is it to preserve the moments that tell the story of love, family, and the seasons of life that pass far too quickly.

The Meaning Behind Golden Lining


The feeling I get when picking up my camera is such a highlight for me. When thinking of a name for this business I wanted to name it after my grandmother. She was always an important part of my life and our relationship became even more special when I began working in the same long term care home she was living in. My grandmother's middle name was Golden. During a hard transition of life she was the light, the bright spot, the highlight for me. More valuable than silver, she was my Golden Lining. I strive to create a business and an experience to my clients that she would be proud of.
